So Much Happening!

08/01/2019

We would like to extend a great big thank you to, Nancy at The Milkhouse Shop at Old Home Farm in Pottstown, PA for allowing us to invade their space for a few hours of meet and greet time. Also, thank you so much for promoting our book in the shop. We appreciate it more than you know.

On a Friday evening, July 12th we had the pleasure of hosting The Awesome Moms Book Club. They read our book and came over to discuss it with us. It was a fascinating evening, listening to their input. It always interests us to hear what people have to say and hope our next book will be even better than the first one.

It was exciting to find out which characters from The Last Rogue Soul were their favorites and why. Two people liked Garret the best. They felt he had the most change, and they enjoyed his journey.

One person favored Drummondax. They were in awe of his transformation from a dog. They thought it was kind of cool.

Two people liked our Angel, Jess. I mean, it’s Jess, how could you not like her? They felt her character was believable and likeable and as if they were right there with her.

Aalonray impressed one person with her strong female character. She is beautiful, kind, courageous and intelligent. She also let no one push her around.

And still another person preferred our three musketeers, as we refer to them. Athalon, Britton-Del and of course, Suzu. They liked the dialogue and action they brought to the story.

They really are Awesome Moms! We had a lot of laughs, some great food, a little wine and yummy desserts. Thank you, ladies for agreeing to meet with us. It really was a special evening. Kudos to Carrie Brower for organizing it for us.

Last, but not least, on Saturday, July 27th, we attended Geeks At The Beach, at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, DE. It was a great day, and we had a ball. We met wonderful people in some fantastic costumes, who graciously agreed to let us photograph them with our book.

Jess, our angel was on hand to help us and there was even an artist who did an original drawing of her while we were there. Our first #FanArt! We were beyond thrilled. If you go to our FB page, guardianwatchseries you can see a picture of the drawing.

Again, it was a great time in Delaware, and we are thankful for the opportunity to present our book to people in the area. Hopefully, we can visit again.

Speaking of things to be excited about, we have hit over 100 Likes on our FB page. Yay us! We are super stoked about it and we are concocting a way to celebrate. We will keep you posted.

Check out the Events page for upcoming engagements and if there are any other book clubs out there, who would give our book a read and offer feedback, we would be ever so grateful. You can contact us at herguardian@comcast.net and we will happily set something up with you.

Remember, you can use the email to ask us questions you might have about the book. Thank you for following us on FB guardianwatchseries and Instagram also guardianwatchseries. We appreciate the love and sharing.

As always, we hope you enjoyed the first book enough to want to continue reading the series. If you read The Last Rogue Soul, we humbly ask for you to take the time to write a review and post it on Amazon. We would be so appreciative. Every review helps. Even constructive criticism will help us be better writers.

Stay cool out there guys, it has been hot for the last few days. At least it isn’t rain! J
