This was our first Comic Con and we truthfully didn’t know what to expect. We were blown away by the creativity of the costumes, but what really caught our attention is how genuinely nice everyone was! We’re convinced, you won’t meet sweeter people anywhere.
We would like to send a great big thank you to our lovely cover-girl, Jessica Sammataro. She is also Susan’s daughter, for those of you who don’t already know. Jessica graciously agreed to dress as her character in the book… wings and all! She looked beautiful and boy was she a hit at the Comic Con! You can find pictures on our FB page.
Next, we want to thank everyone who came out to support us and a big thank you to all the hopefully new fans we acquired along the way! It was so much fun, and we had a ball. We also had the good fortune of participating in a few interviews. One was for a spot on TV for PHL/17’s Weekend Philler.
Thank you to the guys at Super Hero Speak for the pod-cast interview and to Dr. Carl Martin at Unstable, for the interviews! You guys rock! We also had a chat with some nice guys from Completely Damaged Radio at Montgomery County Community College. They invited us to contact them to set up a radio interview. We think we just might take them up on their offer!
We want to thank our husbands; you guys are the best! You worked so hard helping us schlep books in and set-up. You guys were at our beck and call, making sure we were safe and had everything we needed. We can’t thank you enough! We love you!
Lastly, we would like to extend an invitation to our official Book Launch Party! It will be hosted by Salon Evolve, 214 W. Ridge Pike, Limerick PA on Friday, April 26th, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Books will be available for purchase at the launch at a special rate for the event. There will be prizes to be won and light refreshments, as well!
If you have already purchased a book, thank you for the support and please feel free to bring it to the Launch Party and we would be happy to sign it for you! We hope to see you there! A great big thank you, to Kim McQuillan for allowing us to invade her salon for a while. We appreciate it, Kim!
