A Beautiful Day!
06/13/2019
This past weekend, we had the pleasure introducing our book at Selma Mansion in Norristown, PA. Selma Mansion, built in 1774, has an interesting history. The Historical Society is restoring it back to its former glory.
They hold many events to help raise money for the restoration. We hear something haunts the mansion and that they do, occasionally, host ghost tours. One of these events was the flea market we attended on Saturday. We will also attend Selma Mansion on June 23rd, just in time for the Witches’ Tea Party!
They will have many vendors and some psychic readers there. Tickets for the Tea Party are available online, although we understand spots are filling quickly. If you are interested, we suggest you hurry. There is no charge if you only want to come shop.
We hope you will come to the Selma Mansion during the Tea Party on June 23rd and say hi. We will have books for sale and as always, if you have already purchased a book, we thank you so much for the support. If you bring your book to the event, we would be more than happy to sign it for you.
As a side note, they set us up in what was once the dining room of the grand old house. We were sharing the room with two other vendors. The only other thing in the room was an old antique dining room hutch, not original to the house. It was shortly before the flea market was about to begin when one door on the hutch opened by itself. So, is it haunted? You tell us.
We had a great day. Thank you, Selma Mansion. We look forward to the Witches’ Tea Party and hope to see you there!
